My husband has just bought a 91-year Dodge Ram pickup. Only the front seat. We have a 10 months. Is it illegal to put our child in the car seat in the middle of the front seat?

Yes, it is legal in a truck with or without airbags. Although advised to disable the airbag on the passenger side air when it is an option.
