I have liver emzyme levels elavated in the 4100 for ALT and 2185 for ASt test , if is that high whats the cau - causes of low bilirubin levels

What could be the result of tests of liver function is that the damage is high when its automatilly this high in the liver because the liver ALT and AST should be no more than 40 UL., In recent years, mine was up and down, sometimes more than 50, sometimes 140 UL, but it does not appear in the 1000's. So my total bilirubin is .. on the normal, and my plasma Doc says that IM is not enough vitamin B-12 deficiency. He said that could cause low B-12 in the body to cancer. So, I am concerned about the test and cancer or liver damage. Do u know anyone that is a high degree of hepatic AST and ALT-4126 UL 2168 and the high plasma bilirubin and liver, and finally had during 0.60mg/dl, low vitamin B-12 in the body. If so, what is wrong with them.

I think their concern is justified. An auditor ALT is elevated in acute viral hepatitis and necrosis. A high critical AST may be caused necosis and cancer. These are not the only causes of elevated enzymes and these enzymes are released into the blood in the presence of liver damage.

If the bilirubin is running as a whole, directly or indirectly, these values are very high and with a number of conditions, including cancer. A decline in the B-12 is associated with liver disease, among others. I do not know what you mean with "high plasma.

My advice to you is right on all issues with your doctor and keep in touch with him. I will not be frightened, but your health can be serious and should not really post questions on this topic. Please, please, tell your doctor, you have to interpret and test results for you.
